Susan Rose

Susan Rose is a native of Damariscotta. She received her real estate brokerage license in 1980 after taking the required courses at the University of Maine in Auagusta and passing the Real Estate exam.

She started her Real Estate career in Winthrop, ME, working part-time while working full time as an x-ray technician at Veterans Administration Hospital in Togus. After moving back to Damariscotta in 1981, she worked full time as a broker at Simonds & Allen Real Estate on Main Street in Damariscotta. In August of 1982, Susan and a local business man, opened Salt Bay Real Estate. In January of 1983, Susan became sole owner of the agency and ran it successfully until 1989.

Susan closed the doors to go back to college and finish her Bachelor of Science Degree in Wildlife and Environmental Sciences at Unity College. Susan returned to Real Estate in 1998 and worked at Adams & Perley Real Estate with Kathy Wyman and Wayne Plummer. Susan worked with Kathy Wyman at ReMax for about a year after Adams & Perley shut their door. Susan has been working at Muscongus Bay Realty for the last 3 years with Dave Kolodin. Susan started at Coldwell Banker Berton Associates on October 11, 2007 and hopes to have a successful career with Lynette and the rest of the crew.

Susan has 3 sons - Benjamin, Ethan and Alex, who are all presently living in Damariscotta. She also has 2 Grandsons who are living with their mother in Pearl Harbor, Hawaii.
