Margaret joined Coldwell Banker Berton & Associates as a Sales Agent in August 2004. Her background is comprised of varied disciplines and interests, from graphics production to social work. She spent several years working in advertising and graphics production and 11 years in the corporate world with Ocean Spray Cranberries, a Fortune-500 farming cooperative producing and marketing the world's largest source of cranberries. More recently she worked in program development for a community development corporation working with small businesses and individuals to help facilitate their ability to realize and optimize their full potential for success, both professionally and financially. Her ability to work with individuals and business owners, ascertaining their needs, researching and getting to positive outcomes will be a great asset to all those who access her services, whether buying or selling real estate.

Margaret is a member of the National Association of Realtors®, the Maine Association of Realtors® and the Lincoln County Board of Realtors®

A lover of the outdoors, Margaret makes her home, with family and cherished pets, on 54 acres in Whitefield.....plenty of room for everyone!!
