People told me for years, you ought to be out there selling houses. Now that I am, it feels like a perfect fit. I worked as a carpenter when I was younger and worked in many different parts of the country. I built ultra modern mountian top homes in Colorado, beach front homes on the west coast of Florida and restored antiques homes in New Hampshire and Maine. I worked as a blacksmith during the Bicenntenial year of 1976 at Colonial Williamsburg. This was followed by almost 10 years with one of the nations largest commercial developers in the 1980's & 90's - Trammell Crow Company. I managed most of the companies portfolio of real estate in St Louis, Missouri. I managed over 6 million sq.ft. and over 300 commercial tennants.

Eventually I moved back to Maine and ran a property management company in Portland and discovered the Damariscotta area and the Pemaquid Peninsula. Before long we moved here and I worked again as a carpenter for one of the areas best builders. My wife and I are lifetime collectors of antiques and I discovered that I could make a living selling antiques and did so for 10 years before deciding to get involved selling real estate.

I have been involved in real estate for the last 3 years and really enjoy this business! People say I'm "easy" to work with. I get great satisfaction making deals happen, helping people find the property that is "right" for them, tending to all the details, overcoming the challenges and following the deal all the way to a successful closing. Thats a good feeling!

My family and I have enjoyed living in this wonderful area for over 15 years and have no plans on living anywhere else!
